Day 3 of my olympic lifting plan

Day 3
Im  really enjoying focusing on technique and mastering these movements.
I just did filthy 50 so not sure thats ideal prep on the hottest day of the year so far.
Clean & Jerk – 5 x 3 (~70-80%) (So 73-84kg Il go for climbing each set starting at 75kg)
Clean pull – 4 x 4
Front squat – 4 x 2
Feel out weights for each exercise that are challenging but not max efforts.
Purpose (From catalyst athletics library)
Learning today Ill be focusing on the clean high pull.
The clean high-pull is an exercise for training strength, speed, power, posture and balance in the extension of the clean in the same way the clean pulldoes, but with the added training of the mechanics and strength of the arms that will be used in the third pull. Because of the continued upward pull to maximal height, the clean high-pull also helps reinforce more aggressive, complete and vertically-oriented extension. In addition to a training exercise for the pull of the clean, the clean high-pull can be used to teach and train the proper initial movement of the arms for the third pull.
