New Student crossfit class

We are excited to be starting a specific Crossfit class for Students.

CrossFit is a fantastic way to be fit, skillful, strong and to be part of a fun, supportive and social community of people getting fantastic results.

Crossfit is a mixture of Gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, strength training and fitness. It is the sport of fitness & a great sport to compete in but also a really cool way to train to learn loads of cool skills and be a rounded athlete ready for any challenge.

Our weekends Coach Thea is a Student in her final year of university Studying Strength conditioning and rehabilitation, she is also a former England gymnast.

Free taster session

Our Free Student taster session is great for everyone of all levels from complete beginners to athletes.

The session will include:

Strength & skills work  20 mins

WOD (A fitness challenge the Workout of the day)

Finishing with some fist pumps & High fives


Student membership & Class

If you enjoy the taster you can sign up for student membership.

Just £30/ Month (half our normal price)

1 Session per week – Sundays at 11:30am.

In  the classes we will teach you all the strength and skills and also Compete in a WOD each week.
