Week 2 of my olympic lifting program

I had a busy week moving the box around last week and my body needed a rest from training so I took the week off heavy lifting and just did a few light wods.
So back on the training plan where I left off.
This is what week 2 looks like for me I’ve removed all the wod elements as I will do our wods with the box instead:
MONDAY – DAY 8
Snatch – 5 x 2 (~75-85%) (55-60kg)
Snatch pull – 4 x 3 (82.5kg)
Pause OH squat – 5 x 2 Find 2 rep max
Aim to add weight to each exercise from what you used last week.
TUESDAY – DAY 9
Power clean + power jerk – 75% x 3 sets, 80% x 2 sets (75kg -80kg)
Power snatch + snatch – 70% (50kg) (of snatch) x 1+1 x 2, 75% (55kg) x 1+1 x 2, 80% (60kg) x 1+1 x 1
WEDNESDAY – DAY 10
Rest day
 
Thursday
Clean & Jerk – 5 x 2(~75-85%) (77.5-90kg)
Clean pull – 4 x 3 (115kg)
Front squat – 4 x 2
Aim to beat the weights you used last week for these exercises.
Friday – DAY 11
Hang snatch (below knee) – 75% (55kg)x 2 x 3, 80% (60kg)x 2 x 2
Hang clean (below knee) – 75% (77.5kg)x 2 x 3, 80% (90kg) x 2 x 2
Heaving snatch balance – 4 x 2; add weight from last wk
SAT & SUNDAY – DAY 12
Rest Day
