Safety measures:
Keeping our members safe and confident that they can workout in their own space has been a priority for us for the last year. Right now each member has their own zone to workout in and all their equipment it cleaned between each member. We also have fantastic ventilation making our training a lot like being outdoors.
Your 1:1 will be very well social distanced and you’ll be well looked after. So you can try us with confidence.

Free Intro & Fitness Assessment
Our introduction and fitness assessment is excellent and free!
CrossFit is a fantastic way to be fit for life and to be part of a fun, supportive and social community.
Our gym is full of athletes of all levels, from complete beginners to ninja warriors.
Our Free one to one can be booked at a time that suits you.
In the session, we will talk you through what CrossFit is, and explain why and how it works. We aim to find out all about you and your goals.
If you like the sound of it, we will go straight into your free Initial Fitness Assessment so we can get you ready for our classes (from the 17th of May).

Learn the Fundamental Movements
As a beginner to CrossFit, your first goal is to learn the basic movements so that you can confidently join any class.
You and your coach will now go through each movement as well as get your nutrition plan started.
We will get you:
- Strong
- Flexible and pain free
- Great shape – Drop excess weight and find your athlete shape
- Fit – Endurance, under load and speed
- Skilful – well co-ordinated and good at moving
- Powerful – a combination of strength and speed

Our location makes it easy to train
We have an excellent location with easy access to the A14 and Cambridge. We are in Milton, north Cambridge just over the A14, very close to the Science Park and Milton Tesco.
