Yoga Workshop for Mental Wellbeing
This workshop is different from a yoga class because as well as doing a yoga practice you will also learn a practice you can take home and do by your self.
The workshop will cover some good teaching points on mental wellbeing and the yoga practice will allow you to bring balance to the body and mind.
