Monday: Lower body strength
Tuesday: Upper body Push / “Speed boat” pairs wod
Wednesday: Gymnastic Pulling strength
Thursday: Active flush / Not for time
Friday: Open 20.5
Saturday: ‘21 guns’
Sunday: Olympic lifting class / Rest day
MONDAY 4th NOVEMBER
LOWER BODY STRENGTH:
Supersets. Part A, straight into B. (3 sets)
A. Back rack split squat 6-8 reps each leg @ tempo 20X1
B. Dual KB front rack wall sit 30-45 secs (Scale to single KB/DB or none)
Rest 90 – 120 secs before next set
WOD:
14 minute AMRAP
20 power snatches 42.5/30kg
50 DU’s / 100 SU
10 Air squats
TUESDAY 5th NOVEMBER
STRENGTH:
15 minutes to build up to a heavy double Push Press*
*2 seconds pause at the top, and 3 seconds eccentric.
WOD:
“Speed Boat” in pairs.
Split work however between partners.
3 rounds for time
