Day 2 of my olympic lifting cycle.
Day 1 went well although I went a little heavy on the squats as Ed was lifting some big weights so I joined him.
Here is Day 2:
Power snatch + snatch – 65% (of snatch) x 1+1 x 2, 70% x 1+1 x 2, 75% x 1+1 x 2
So weights will be: (45kg,50kg,52.5kg)
Power clean + power jerk – 75% x 5 sets
(77.5kg)
