8 minute AMRAP
Wall balls 30 (9/6kg)
Cleans 30 (50/35kg)
Pull ups 30
Double unders 30
Note: Your score is your total number of reps.

WOD 2
50 Thrusters for time (40/30kg)
EMOTM – 5 Burpes
Rules:
8 minute time cap.
Thruster must will only be counted in each minute after 5 burpees rep must be fully completed before each minute ends.
