Our coaches have the added bonus of being able to help you join classes they take alongside your personal training sessions. So it really can become a long term solution for you. Want to learn crossfit with personal training?

A lot of our members choose to learn the basics of crossfit on a 1:1 basis. its a fantastic way to learn how to move well, build your basic strength and fitness and also really speed up your progression as an athlete.

Many of our members continue having a monthly personal training session with their coach, it really helps them get the most out of thier health and fitness.

We know if you see our gym and meet the coach you will be really impressed. In the Consultation we show you the gym, we find out all about your goals, chat through nutrition, injuries and lifestyle. We also do a fitness assessment so if you choose to personal train with us we know exactly how to start.

Olympic lifting & gymnastic personal training

If you would like to learn olympic lifting or Gymnastics on a 1:1 basis you have come to the right place. Both our full time coaches are former gymnasts & experienced olympic lifting coaches.
