In pairs one partner will be working on the ladder while the other is back squatting a total of 150/100kg ( total meaning reps times weight =150, so 25kg bar x 7 or 50kg x 3…).
The Ladder:
1 Burpee
2 Box jumps
3 pull ups
4 Deck squats
5 Press ups
6 squat jumps
7 sit ups
8 lunges
9 v-ups
10 Slurpees
The ladder is ever increasing, so first attempt 1 burpee second attempt 1 burpee and 2 box jumps…..
