This wod follows dance off rules:
Two teams face to face.
There are six movements to choose from:
Burpee, air squat, ball slam, kettle bell swing, thruster, goblet squat.
In 60 seconds team 1 can perform any combination of movements.
In the following 60 seconds the other team then performs the same movement. If they can’t complete it. Team 1 get one point.
There is 60 seconds rest then it repeats but with team 2 starting.
There are 8 rounds in total.
