CrossFit is designed to make you ready for any physical challenge. We will be regularly organising CrossFit events and challenges for our Stags and Does.
Crossfit Stags & Does December Games
When: 15/12/12

On Saturday the 15th of December 2012 we will be running our first crossfit games for our members.
There will be the following catagories:
Mens
Womens
Mens scaled- the workouts will be scaled so everyone can compete
Womens scaled – the workouts will be scaled so everyone can compete
It will Run from 10am-1pm, the event will be run in heats depending on the numbers who attend. Each competitor will compete in 2 events with the top competitors on each category going into the final.
The winner of each category will win a highly coverted Crossfit Stags & Does Medal.
Cost:
We will be charging an entre fee of £10 to raise money for our local Charity East Anglia Childrens hospital which is based right in Milton and does fantastic work support the families and children with lifethreatening conditions.
