2-7 TTB (focus is on linking them together or not using lats, again athletes must not do singles they must instead focus on linking knees to chest and once this is mastered increase their ability to get the feet higher whilst not loosing quality of kiping)

Max Kipping chest to bar pull ups
Coaches notes:
Must focus on pulling chest to bar so even if they can do pull ups with no band but cant do C2B pull ups then they need a bend for this. We are trying to develop the end range.
RX+ athletes focus on developing C2B butterflies
60 seconds rest.

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)

Rest 60 seconds
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
